I recently started teaching yoga classes to the people around me. As of today, I am also making this class available online for the rest of you to enjoy. Let’s all get started with “Adho Mukha Svanasana” also known as “downward facing dog”.
Last Friday it was pup cake day at the Three Dog Bakery which means that everyone who bought goodies at the bakery got a free pup cake. What a treat! I wanted to eat the whole thing at once, but my owners said that only big dogs were allowed to do that, so I ended up getting skimpy little quarters. I guess the good thing about that is that I still have two quarters left to enjoy today and tomorrow.
Ginger Luke from Ginger’s Pet Rescue goes down to Southern California every few weeks to pick up a few dogs from a very high kill shelter. This little guy reminds me so much of myself that I am going to make it a personal mission to find him a new place.
If you’re thinking about getting a dog, here’s a great opportunity! Boone is a deer style Chihuahua just like me. Deer style is the way all Chihuahuas looked in Mexico, until breeders here in the US changed them to a more round head shape. Deer type Chihuahuas are a bit taller with a nice and slim body type, way around 8-10 lbs.

I have recently learned how to escape from my collar. My owner didn’t really mind when I practiced my Houdini skills at home, but today I decided to take it public and slipped out of my collar in the middle of the street. She got pretty mad at me!
To prevent me from escaping again in the future, my owner bought me this awesome looking blue harness from a New Zealand based pet fashion company called Puppia. The greatest thing about it is that it’s blue and people finally stoppped saying: “what’s HER name?”. Just because I am small doesn’t mean I am a girl… I mean, hello!
